We can supply a Certificate of Good Standing/ Certificate of Existence from the Registrar of Companies certifying, a registered company has a status of Good Standing.

The Certificate of Good Standing confirms that all statutory administrative requirements have been complied with under the Companies Act in the country. The Certificate of Good Standing also confirms on the date of issue that no action is being taken by the Registrar of Companies to strike the company off the register.

The Certificate of Good Standing will not be issued by the registry if there are overdue fees or filings. The document is Registry Certified and in addition can where required be Apostilled.

If the company is compliant and in Good Standing the Registrar of Companies will issue the Certificate of Good Standing.
